Hi
i am looking for a third monitor i still have 2 shitty 60hurts samsung monitors so im gonna go all out on a new main monitor i have looked around and im not the best with monitors so i dont know witch one to get i have 300GBP i just need a link to a good one im looking for a 1440p monitor with a delay under 10 milasecconds and above 60 hurts if you know of any good ones please link me

Firstly, just FYI, it's Hertz(Hz) not Hurts. As for response time, it's pretty much irrelevant. Every 60Hz panel takes 16.7ms to update the image on screen. 144Hz panels are a little under 8ms or so.

The only monitor with the specs you're looking for within your budget is this;

Everything else is at least £400. I'm not even sure how good that Acer panel is, it could be fairly mediocre. It's worth looking for a review on TFTCentral.

You could get a Dell U2515H for about £250, it's a great 60Hz panel. You can probably easily OC it to 75/80Hz if you wanted. Just be careful with monitor overclocking.
