I bought the deluxe edition and none of the extra content was appearing in game so I thought I'd try to reinstall them but when I uninstalled them they disappeared completely! They're not even in the store anymore WHAT THE F*CK? I WANT MY WEEKLY PACKS FFS

I'm in the same boat.

Didn't even get my loan Messi.

Will give it a few hours because on my dash my game still says pre order and I have to keep going to the store to play it as it won't load from my game & apps section.

exact same has happened to me!!!

had 3 loan legends, aguero/messi/courtois, celebrations & packs and they have all disspeared!!

Restarted my xbox and went on FUT and got my 2 packs for this week, also got my Messi, when I tried opening the packs it said I had items to deal with. Got my celebrations aswel

I have restarted my xbox couple of times and nothing.. Then I've changed region to UK and here we go Loan players and first weekly pack - 87 ovl Lahm

Going to contact Microsoft shortly and see what the hell is going on!

Edit - Actually scrap that...I changed my region to UK and got my loan Messi and my packs!!
