Your system will be more than enough to play the games you listed at 1080p 60fps ultra. You may expierence some slow downs during raids, or intense fights were there is a lot of stuff happening at once.

It's a newer i3, so it shouldn't bottleneck WoW. If you are worried about a CPU bottleneck in the future, the i5-4460 is around $50 more and you will get a processor that can last longer before an upgrade.

If you want to be playing games at subpar resolutions and framerates go with an APU like the A10-7870k

If you want to be playing games at 1080p with better graphic settings and framerate then go with the i3 and the gtx 950.

If you have the budget, always go with a dedicated GPU instead of using the onboard GPU. Below are FPS comparisons so you can see the diference. It is from a different game than you listed, but you can still see the difference. Also, one is one medium settings while the other is ultra settings.

A10-7870K

GTX 950 - Make sure to look at the gtx 950 and not the stix edition

You've already posted like 10 other threads. I'm really not sure why you keep asking for help when you ignore all the advice you get anyway. You started off with a $500 budget, but now you have a $700 budget? W/e.

If you can't afford the GTX 950, your best bet is a 260x.
