I didnt receive any loan packs. Not even the gold loan pack, is thid a typical ea gltich or do i have to do something to get it?

You sure theres not a code in your game or on the site your ordered from ?

I contacted EA yesterday, and they said it was a glitch on there end and there trying to fix it ASAP.
