In no particular order I'd have to say Eminem, Pac, Kendrick and J Cole are the all time and current bests.

I have much respect for most hip hop artists but I'm personally not feeling most of the newer stuff that current 'rappers' are putting out. Don't like Drake as much most others do but I enjoyed "If You're Reading This It's Too Late" for a while after it came out and he's definitely improved in my opinion.
