If I used a second account and got an auto buyer and set it up and transferred the coins over to my main account? Could either of these accounts get banned?

Both can get banned but don't transfer a lot at the one time

You could do that, you can do more or less it's upto you but there's always a risk

Chances are the account using the buyer will be banned before you can transfer.
