Fed this cat once, and now every night at EXACTLY 8pm it's sitting in my backyard. I don't wanna call animal control or a shelter because they will put it down within a week if nobody claims it. This cat is cute af, but there are babies in my house and they could do something stupid. What are my options?

I would post pictures. Maybe build a temporary shelter in your backyard for now. Don't keep it. My girlfriend brought home a cat from the shelter and it was pregnant and then we had 4 kittens. FML. Got rid of all them now tho except for one and were getting rid of the mom some time this week.
EDIT: Some cats have chips in them also. I am not sure how to find that out though. But, if you bring it to a shelter not all places put the animals down.

Leave it outside, and do nothing. It's a cat, they were once wild. They're able to care for themselves and were only domesticated through Humans but their instincts still remain.

TheFakeMrSneaky wroteLetting it stay outside makes me feel terrible honestly. Will post pictures after tomorrow because this cat only shows up in the night. Who knows wtf she does during the day.Nostril wrote-Ochoa wrote Maybe keep it how old does he look to you? It's a girl. A Calico cat to be specific. Keep the cat. Get it some shots and keep us updated.
P.S I know Nostril irl and I can vouch for him feeding the cat everyday.

Why are you so mean to animals damn
I'm not mean to Animals, at most the OP should put food and water outside. This isn't his animal, it is someone else(s) he should try to find the owner, but leave the animal to do it's own thing.
