Best weight loss supplement - DNP.

However, I do not believe what you are saying is the truth. If you are in a calorific defecit, then you will lose weight, it would be impossible to not lose weight eating less calories than your body burns.

Forget weight loss supplements, what you need to do is track Macros (carbohydrates, protein and fats) which make up your calories, and you need to be eating less calories than you burn.

For example, you eat 2800 calories per day, but your body burns 3000 calories from exercise etc, then you will slowly start losing weight.

Can be quite bad for you weight loss products.

If you are eating less, and working out regularly there is no chance you can not be losing weight.

You must be like a secret eater lmao.

CLA is a good fat burner for weight loss and it targets the mid section.

Conditions like Cushings, Hypthyroidism, and just chronic stress says it is possible.

Just because you work out doesn't necessarily mean you'll lose weight. Weight doesn't necessarily kill people, it's the build up of fat on their heart, in arteries, etc. If you were to hypothetically lose enough to be equivalent to 1 pound, that 1 pound could be replaced by a gain of muscle that is equivalent to 1 pound. On a normal scale that doesn't check body fat percentage, it'll look like you've made no progress.

However...There's probably a more simple explanation. You really don't know what the hell you're doing.

I'd recommend starting your workout with about 25 minutes riding a bike on hill mode with a challenging level.

Then, while you're working out lower your weight, increase your reps per set, and decrease your rest time.

Finish your workout with light mile run on the treadmill.

Ahhh I dont use supplements, full natty. While supplements cant be bad theres just no need for them if you have all things working. All you need is self control to stay on track.

I would recommend a whole foods plant based diet (trying veganism)

dude you can't gain muscle when you're in a calorific deficit, so you can't lose 1 pound and then gain 1 pound of muscle. Lol, idiot
