Has anyone used Suarez and is he as good as his card looks?

If not who would you suggest?

Suarez was amazing for me, but I have since sold him, and am using Diego Costa, and the difference between them is slim to none. Depends on the coins you have. Diego Costa 100K, Suarez 500K
