i really only want to play CSGO and H1Z1.
Budget: $500-800

I wouldn't recommend buying a pre-built as I feel they are a waste of money. i would much rather recommend you build a pc its not that hard if you watch the videos or read the manual. Here is a build that is like an extra 100$ but will play the games you listed easily and many other on max settings.

I do agree with you, but this user may not have any knowledge of building.
There are many tutorials on how to build a PC on youtube, but if you are worried of building one, I do recommend spending the little extra money, and getting it built by someone who knows what they are doing.
