I have had anxiety for over 3 years now and I can tell you it sucks. I had theropy for over a year and even that didn't help much. I had to find my own ways to get rid of my anxiety.

My anxiety makes me feel sick (but I don't actually vomit)

to make things worse I have a huge phobia of vomiting :/

Anyway, I learned a few ways to help with "my" anxiety - they may not work in your case but it is worth a go!

Distractions - are the best thing for me to do when I have anxiety. Wether that be playing xbox, PC, watching a film (that will get you gripped)

Gum - Funny enough, gum is one of my best bets when I need to get rid of the sudden sickly feeling! Strong gum like spearmint can, in a way, distract my mind and taste buds as the taste it quite strong! It also helps to have the smell of gum (imo)

Sleep - Sleep is important, especially if you have school like I do

Physical activity - I love sport! Whenever I play a sport I have to have gum with me though, as my taste sometimes goes weird after a while

Sorry if this did not help, you will find a way just experiment like I did.

Thanks man for the tips greatly appreciated

I used to have REALLY bad anxiety man, I dont use medicine. meds can make anxiety even worse. Im not recommending you stop taking them as im not you and well we are different people. But this is what I did.

1. Stopped drinking sugary drinks as heaps of sugar is proven to enhance anxiety
2. Changed my dietary habit, became a vegan
3. Began working out by myself as working out with other people sometimes made me super anxious.

This is a general tip, when you feel a panic attack coming the BEST thing you can do is be AWARE of what is going on. If you are feeling like youre about to die (literally) just realize its ALL IN YOUR HEAD! I know it seems tough but really just stop what you are doing, get somewhere safe deep breathes and realize that its all in your mind, harm is not coming your way its just your mind playing tricks on you.

Basically without meds you can change your dietary habits and talk to someone you trust, be aware that you arent in harm and that its all in your mind dont let the panic attack take control of you take control of the panic attack, deep breathes and just talking I mean really helps.

I wanted to asked you guys for tips to deal with this anxiety and the medication they gave me is not working at all

I myself am no medical physician, so my word isn't 100% to be taken word for word on, but I would possibly change doctors and get a second opinion if you have been back to the same doctor more than once with the same results happening again and again.

Also, a good friend of mine has anxiety where he takes medication for it as well, and he showed me this video that he uses from time to time which might help you as well.

Here's a video you need. A friend of mine used to get these attacks as well, but since I've showed her this video, she no longer gets em. Doesn't even have anxiety anymore.
