Well considering Microsoft has completely reworked it and the browser is decent.
(and called Microsoft Edge)

I can understand the issues with IE but now they're obsolete

When i got windows 10 and the only web browser on it was edge, i opened it and first / second webpages i opened was making my way to the chrome download page

Same here, but that's only because I used Chrome on my previous OS.
So it's what I was used to using.
Edge is actually a really nice browser but there are a few things that annoy me
(Like not being able to have bookmarks with no name)

I actually use two web browsers and Internet Explorer is one of them. At least on my crappy computer, it is faster than the others. I had to use Chrome for a site or two in the past due to it crashing my computer on IE, but I do prefer the speed and whatnot of IE. I have no real issues with it and fail to see why it is so terrible. Sure, add-ons are kind of cool at times, but I don't really need many of those.

Well if your on a reasonably old pc then yes it may perform better, however for designing websites IE does not follow the same rules that ALL other web browsers use. So it makes everything a huge pain in the butt.

I personally do not use addons for any browser.
