Who here actually trains legs and aren't one of these guys who just trains upper body? There is a guy in my class who only trains upper body and has little chicken legs, it looks shocking. I'm about to go to the gym in 45 minutes and train them, if so what is your routine for training them?
Mine is: Warm up the hip machine 20 reps for both inner and outer thigh to help with my squats and then with squat bar to warm up my knees then go weighted for 6 sets of 8-10reps
Lunges for roughly 4-5 sets 6-8 each leg
Leg press work my way up to 100KG for as many as I can (I am very weak with my legs so 100KG is just manageable for me right now)
Hack Squat if I feel like it
Another form or Leg press 3 sets 6-8reps
Leg extension for 4 sets 6-8 reps
Hamstring seated curl 6 sets for 8-10
Stiff Deadlift for Hamstrings 6sets 8-10 reps
and after this I can feel it's going to hard to walk the next day.
So post yours below

Who here trains legs? Not this guy.
I have a very bad habit of not doing legs and I know it's a problem but I can't bring myself to do the notorious day. My legs are still somehow proportionate to my upper body though. My bench is way higher than my squat

I'm just back from my workout, just slightly able to walk xD All you need is the mental state to do it, if they're still in proportion to your upper body its good but they could be better, best get on them leg gains bruh ;)

I love leg day, gains are a lot faster than anywhere else for me.
Always had strong legs also.
Can squat 100kg, and leg press almost 300kg at one rep.

I love leg day, my favorite day at the gym purely because legs are the strongest part of my body
my routine is
Leg press 80-90kg this is always my warm up
3 sets of 10 reps
Leg Extension 120-130kg
3 sets of 8-10 reps (Varies on my energy levels tbh)
Squats like 60kg im awful at squatting cause i have problems with my back but i usually do 3 sets of 6-7 reps
Hamstring Curls 100-100kg
3 sets 10 reps
Lunges 16-18kg dumbbells
3 sets 10 reps
I'm only a small lad so im happy with the weight i can do with my legs haha!

I train legs probably more than I train upper body to be honest, because Im playing professional hockey as a goalie so I need strong legs.
