I have got a spare account with access to web app and im not using
it so if anyone wants to either buy it or loan it off me and split the

Nah it's because you can't access web app transfer market on a new account for a few days or you have to play games (not sure) ;D

i played 10 full games nothing happened i play 20 and it worked but think its working different for everyone
