I want to play Arma 3 Exile, Epoch, etc., but when I try to download the mods I get download speeds that are less than 10Kbps. When I download games on steam I will get speeds above 9MBps pretty much always, so idk why this is happening. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Download them off the official websites. It's much quicker than using A3Launcher

I think Epoch is on the steam workshop too.
