Every thing looks very rough, especially the text tbh. Your designs will get better, and your typography will mature as time goes on, but I would keep a solid font with no transparency, and maybe have a gradient within the letters. Also the contrast on the image is very harsh, and it adds to that even more with the green shapes over it. Why does the image look so rasterized? Are you using photoshop, and exporting in the highest quality possible? I'd keep everything 100% opacity, and make it visually more appealing, and less harsh with the darker grimier colors. I'd honestly look at thumbnails for fifa videos on youtube, and it will give you a better idea on what to aim for, and I think it would look a lot better visually with solid, and lighter colors.
