Thus is around 760 should I change motherboard to Asus and maybe get a better case?

Currency £

I can get operating system off friend
Use it for gaming
Need a monitor mouse etc
I can go slightly over budget if needs be

£13 over if you can, includes a nice 1440p panel, can add another 390 in XFire in the future. Stock cooler will do fine. SSD for OS and games.

I was assuming you wanted to overclock? and you wanted to go with skylake?

Also a 1440p Monitor.

As for the mouse and Kb pick up both for under £10 to keep you going till you have the wonga to upgrade.
