That's just Destiny's servers bud, some days are better than others. If it's just started recently (as in you've never been KTO'd before today) then make sure everything is squared away with your router / internet connection. Sometimes disconnecting and reconnecting to your network is all you need to work out the bugs, so give that a try too.

saki is correct, Doing a hard reset forces you to close the console network connections and re-establishes connections with the Live and Bungie servers. Its more than likely that than the advanced preview as it happens both on XB1 and PS4 bud

ok "bud" thats funny considering how a hard reset worked considering me trying to reset my wifi before hand and i forgot to mention my friends had none of the issues without the preview program. its fixed "bud" stop commenting on a couple week old thread.
