I'm a warlock with the solar sword and want the 310 sword and I need lots of sola kills what's the best way to get them

If you just need standard solar kills not guardian kills then go to the dark beyond and when you get to the hive door kill all the thrall that come out and acolytes but do not kill the knight.... rinse and repeat

Find a solar super, and a solar Super.
Do dark beyond on the 240 Level.
Will take 1-2Hours!
