"YOUR ACCOUNT IS SUSPENDED. This means all of your current listings (including any Good Till Cancelled listings) have been removed and you can no longer list new items on eBay. To avoid further collection activity, such as: possible referral to collection agency, and/or legal action, you must pay the amount you owe immediately. "

Keep in mind, my fee that's due to eBay is currently: $3.52 and eBay is talking about legal action, LOL.

What do you guys think about this?

Money is money, if that 3 dollars were to stay in your pocket, and thousands of others done the same, they would be losing lots of money. In a business, when you are taking payments from millions of people, 3 dollars is a lot of money.

I'm sure eBay would stand to lose even a couple thousand bucks

You owe them either way. They can take legal action, its just how a business is run.

I dont see a problem and they're not taking it too far. Its only $3, pay it.

Its really not. As someone else said (dont know the name), if they didnt take legal action, everyone would do it and they would lose money. Its not absurd, its how the business works.
