I am a regular gym goer and ofcourse I train legs. Although, with that being said I seem to lack strength during squats. My last leg session I was squatting 140kg (120 kg then the 20kg bar), and I leg pressed 360kg, however it made me feel faint for days after as I was getting headaches.

On the bench I done 140kg for one rep, squats I done a few on 140kg but I wouldn't feel comfortable going heavier as of yet. However, I have friends and family which can squat and bench ridiculous amount of weight so I guess with extra training I can dramatically improve on the targeted areas.

Exercises which I do when training legs include squats, leg press (inner, outer, middle - 3 parts to target the leg), lunges, calf raises, hamstring curls, leg extensions followed by alternate body weight squats and either the bike or treadmill
