What is your budget and currency? $1200 USD
Do you need a monitor? no
Do you need a keyboard? no
Do you need a mouse? no
Do you need an operating system? yes
What will you use the PC for? gaming on high or max settings, group chatting while doing multiplayer games, watching streams, and other normal pc stuff

Slightly more however some games are starting to utilize hyper-threading more and more now so the 1231v3 may come in handy for that and if you ever decide to edit/stream.

locked i5 but again will do everything you need, however because Skylake is newer its slightly more expensive.
If you don't want an aftermarket cooler then the stock cooler that comes with the CPU will do fine.
Get the OS the free way or like VexGlare said get a key from G2A.

Only thing I would change in that build would be the case.
I'd get [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] , as it is smaller. The full towers cases are quite big, especially the Enthoo Pro.

OP- I recommend if you are not overclocking then get the skylake build since it's newer but still will perform the same.
