I have got the dashboard, but I can't seem to connect to Xbox Live. I've tested my connection and I am on Open nat type.

Anyone help?

Thanks

Maybe try to go to settings, network, advanced settings, alternate MAC address and clear. Also, you can try holding the power button for 10 seconds I heard it resets the NIC card in the xbox. I hope I was able to help you.

I have been having these issue on and off the past few days. I was told by a rep to hold the power button for 5-7 seconds until it goes off completely, then to boot it back up, and repeat 3-4 times. This worked for me.
