I have a very good internet and have currently got a 54.7mb/s download speed. How comes it's taken like 3 hours to download destiny the taken King and it's only on 36%!!

Anyone know of a way I can speed this up?

Use a wired connection if possible. Or put your xbox close to the router, or router closer to the xbox. I think that's pretty much the only way.

Go to settings, network then Detailed network statistics it will check to see what speed you're getting on your Xbox if your getting 54 mb then that's how fast you can download things, but if you're getting anything lower then that you should try to port forward your Xbox in your router settings this website should explain how to do it.
