Ive been playing since the end of season 3 (so preseason 4). My first season i placed silver 5 and stayed silver 5 all season. ITS OKAY to not climb, its only your first season. This season i placed bronze 4 and climbed to gold. All it is, is picking a role that you like, (you said support so imma just say that). Pick a couple supports like maybe leona, sona, and nami to go along with your annie. Only play those people unless your lane is taken. Play one role and get really good at it. Like I play a lot of top and im getting pretty strong at top.

I also have a sticky in this forum that you could pull some information from. Good luck in season 6 dude, you will climb if you practice one roll.

Looking at your match history I can spot a couple of problems.
You don't seem to be csing very well. In lane you should only try to trade if you can still get every cs unless its a guaranteed kill. You can go 3/0 in lane but if you have 35cs you'll still have less gold than if you were just getting every creep. Csing also helps you stay relevant later in the game if you're losing lane.
I also see that you get fed in a lot of your games, but they still last 40-50 minutes. It's possible that you need to focus more on objectives than kills. If you roam bot or top and you kill the enemy laner, get the tower if you're able. Thats global gold for the team as well as map pressure the bot/top laner can use to roam and take additional objectives. Later in the game, if you win a teamfight and put yourself at a player/health advantage, force objectives. I've seen teams in high gold that will recall after an ace instead of pushing the inhibitor tower that had minions rolling up on it. Use pings to rally your team toward objectives and try to stay away from pointless jungle fighting, especially if your team is behind and its just a desperate attempt at a comeback. If you get fed and snowball, end the game as soon as you can, or the enemy team can easily make a comeback by getting some picks and towers.
In a lot of your games that you have a lot of kills, you also have a lot of deaths. If you're going to die for a kill, it's almost never worth it, so play safer to avoid being sorry.
Upgrade your trinket. It costs less than two minion waves to upgrade your trinket, but you can basically get a free sightstone that recharges itself on the field, or a pinkward on a cooldown to deal with champs like shaco, vayne, or wukong. Vision control is so undervalued in lower elo. If you can see the enemies waiting in a bush for you to facecheck the dragon or baron pit, you can save your team from possibly losing the game just by placing a ward.

And most importantly, never lose hope. You only have a little over 400 wins in normals, so obviously you just need more experience. All of the high elo players have thousands of games under their belt, because theres just some things you pick up better by having it happen to you over and over, rather than having somebody type it out to you.

These are all just general tips, as the only thing that will really make you improve is to sit down and look after the mistakes you made, every time you die, and realizing that you made a mistake, and making sure it doesn't happen again.

The problem is i see u have many games where u die a LOT. U play champions that arent good at carrying for example fizz, annie support they are not really that good at carrying, champions that ARE good at carrying games on ur own are. Ahri, viktor, lux, veigar for example. I have won games 100% on my own with those champions
