Yes, but North Korea has, most likely, the worst human rights record on the entire planet at the moment.
Their people live in constant fear, famine, and manual labour.
And the fear isn't even of their own Government. It's fear of places like the US which are portrayed as cannibalistic wastelands where people eat their own children and fire missiles around the world because YOLO.

So you can hate both the US and UK, and North Korea.
