Hi guys, I've got like 8 TAP adapters installed, I have no idea where they came from lol. They always re-install themselves even though, I've removed the adapter and uninstalled the driver from Device Manager. I have no idea what to do now. If anyone has any ideas, that'd be great, thanks

Looks like you've got VMware. Could be that that's the issue. After a quick google search I've found some other people having the issue and it's the antivirus that caused it or installing things like Hamachi. What antivirus software do you have ?

I just use malwarebytes premium. I'm careful with what I download so I don't think it would be a virus.

Right click the ones you don't want and disable them.

But that doesn't get rid of them, I don't want them on my PC at all.

You must have sometype of VPN program installed. Have you ever installed a VPN, hamachi or a similar program? If so that would be why they keep reinstalling themselves.

Ah, finally sorted it. Turns out where my Windows 8.1 wasn't genuine I used autokms and it was still on PC when I upgraded to 10. Removed AutoKMS from C:\Windows\AutoKMS and uninstalled the adapters via device manager.

I've seen a few cases of things re-installing on windows 10 and also peoples windows de-activating itself. Windows 10 actually crippled my new pc. i would revert to stop these problems.
