I Bought a fifa points account from u7 Buy and put the account on my xbox and it tells me i have the max ammount. so i went on another console and used the account and it told me to the ultimate team so i did and there was 0 fifa points.

Please someone help

You go on the account go through the ut setup, go off ultimate team and then back on

Quit of FIFA and go back on, go into UT and they should be there.
