Well if you have the Xbox App on your iPhone you can load up your videos through that but to my knowledge you can't.

The only way to my knowledge is to upload the clip from your Xbox to the One Drive (Microsoft's Cloud).

You can use the OneDrive app to download the video clip to your phone.

1.download a video downloader app
2.open the app browse xbox.com and go to your clips press play and download
3.done

you also can send your clips thru whatsapp just save the video to camera roll ;)
