yeah second account buddy, but you only get temp bans on second account, i've never had a perm

I'm not sure but you have to play 10-25 full games to unlock access to the transfer market

You only have to play a few games, I played the offline draft (4 games) and did 12 of the manager tasks and it unlocked after 3 days
