So I am looking at a second 980 ti, and I noticed that there is now a 980 ti FTW so I am wondering what the difference between the one I have and the FTW edition are.

Assuming you're on about another 980ti, because both links appear to be the same. The FTW edition will have a slightly higher stock clock speed, which will make it a little faster. Nothing to really want to go and buy it if you currently have a 980 ti.

I fixed the link. And I'n not looking to replace my current 980 ti, just to add another one.

Yeah as long as it's another one of the same graphics card, it should just work.
Edit: Providing your power supply can handle it.

I wasn't wondering if those two cards are compatible, they are both 980 TI's so they are compatible. And my power supply is just fine. I am wondering what the difference between the FTW edition and the other one that I linked are. I only ask because when looking at the specs they are exactly the same and was wondering if there is something special about the FTW edition that I don't know about.

There's not a huge difference. Same cooler, FTW editions usually just overclock slightly better, but that's not always the case. You're better off getting another of the same model you already have IMO. I remember a lot of people having issues pairing some EVGA 970s with other EVGA 970s that had different coolers.

Okay, thanks for the answer. If there wasn't much of an actual difference between the cards I was going to get the same one I have now any way because I want to keep the build consistent. Seeing as though I don't really have an interest in overclocking right now, I don't think I'd be interested in the FTW.
