What is your budget for the upgrades? Currency?
You may need a new case, new mobo, and most likely the PSU.

For that much, you might as well sell that PC and build a new one.

Do you need a monitor, KB, or mouse?
Will you overclock?
Mostly for gaming?

If you're ready to drop £1.5k on a rig, you could get this;

SLI support, colour matching etc. 6700 because no Skylake Xeon's yet. I'd personally grab a proper mech keyboard like a K70, Quickfire XT, or a Das Keyboard.
