I was messing around with the interaction menu trying out the new features come across the glitch where it removes your hood and trunk from the car

Put Your Personal Vehicle in Garage
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Go to interaction Menu click to open ALL vehicle Doors
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Get into Your vehicle then drive it out the garage
Once your out the garage go back to interaction menu click vehicles door open NONE
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

i have tried it in a couple of vehicles seems to work

Well, that is some stupid shit.

This shouldn't even be DLC, this should have already been implemented in the game to start with.

More than likely only until you go into
a Pay N' Spray or back into your garage.
Then you just repeat the process if you
want to remove it again.

goes back to normal if you get it fixed or put it back in the garage but only take couple seconds to do again
