I'm looking to buy Fifa points on a website and opening packs, but all that account limit has made my head go west and I'm now completely lost so if I buy Fifa points off a website do they send me details to a new account??

And what's this account limit

Yes they send you the info.
The account limit limits doesn't allow you to keep downloading accounts to FIFA and using them if I'm right.

They stop you from playing on those accounts on FIFA.
