Xbox 1 start up issue

I came to my xbox and when i touch the button nothing happens so i had a look at the power supply and there is nothing on but if you unplug it from the xbox and switch the plug off then on the light comes back on then you plug it into the xbox and then it like dies down then goes off any one have an idea ??

You should probably take it to gamestop and trade it for a ps4 or a 360. That would probably take care of the problem.

not sure, maybe try unplugging everything from the wall and console then plug the cords back in.
