So I decided to format my hard drive and get rid of everything. I reinstalled windows but now my network adapter and even when I tried going wired the connections won't ever show up and it Says I need drivers. I can't get the drivers without connecting to the Internet .-.

You can go to your device manager and look at the name of your networking adapter, then its just a google away to find the driver, should be able to get one off the manufacturers site.

Open up Device Manager and go over to your network device(will probably have a yellow questionmark)

Get the Hardware ID and Vendor ID
