Wouldn't mind helping you, but the link is broken.
Link isn't broken it's just a white image, you can't see it because of the white BG.
I would do it, but AI isn't working for me right now.

If you are in photoshop:
make a selection of want you want.
right click with the magic wand tool
click "make work path"
then
File>export>Paths to Illustrator...
This will save your file as an ai.
