water, no sugar, you will get a rush and it will be gone in less then a few hours. eat? anything light nothing to heavy as you don't want a lot settling.

Gfuel is the way to go. It has powders from over 10 fruits and its not as bad as the other crap for you. I would highly suggest it.

Drink one glass of water. (every 4 hours)
Have RedBull, NoFear or 2 35p energy drinks.
Eat every 4-5 hours

All of the above will give you constant energy.

Just drink water all day, I drink about 9 litres a day, It keeps me awake! It keeps you awake cause you need to go and piss every 5 mins
