It would help if you answered the following...
What is your budget and currency? (Pound sign does not work normally, use GBP abbreviation)
Do you need a monitor?
Do you need a keyboard?
Do you need a mouse?
Do you need an operating system?
What will you use the PC for?

Jesus, no. Stop posting threads. One is fine, you don't need this many. I have absolutely no idea why you'd even be considering an FX-8320 and an R7 250.
However, since you won't tell us your actual full budget, or your currency, we can't help you.
