Every time I try to go online it says rockstar game service is unavailable right now try again later and I want to know what is wrong I haven't got low riders update so I dashboard and click back on it but there is no update so what is it?

Do u do a join a money lobby cuz if u did rock star probably disconnected u from the servers so they could review ur account

There is no money lobbys for XB1 only if you recovered an account from 360 that used one of the lobbys

OP: try resetting your router and XB1

This is a common occurrence with current gen. Since the game was downgraded and then ported so it could be put on current gen, this becomes a problem for many users. It is just network issues with the game itself and Rockstar cannot fully fix it. The only thing you can do is wait...

I have this problem myself sometimes and I have to admit that it sucks.
