Hey guys, I was just wondering if anyone on here has a Nystagmus?
What is a nystagmus? rapid involuntary movements of the eyes. basically, your eyes shake from side to side beyond a persons control, cause decrease in one's eyesight.
I have a Nystagmus and i have a pretty bad case of it, I turnt 17 3 months ago which means i am now legal to drive (UK) But due to me having this eye condition I had to send off lots of forms for my provisional license. I'm still yet to here back from them but i have e-mailed them and they said it's still waiting to be reviewed.
Does anyone on here have a Nystagmus but they're able to drive?
Thanks guys!

Is it a consistent thing? Do your eyes twitch side to side constantly or is it just random and only last like a second or two?
For the past like 5 years my eyes with twitch cross-eyed randomly for a second or two. It doesn't happen all the time though. Maybe every other day. Usually when I'm reading or playing video games.
It hasn't effected my eye sight though. Only for the 1-2 seconds they twitch, I can't see right.

It's a consistent thing, they shake when playing PS3, watching TV, reading, basically any times when my users a needing to concentrate, also due to my eyes shaking i have to turn my head to the right to stop them wobbling as much

I have a friend who has this, I find it hilarious sometimes not going to lie. You're a cool guy if you have it lel. I would imagine you would be able to drive, but obviously a couple of eye sight checks will be needed.
