Ok so my mum has unexpectedly got me this huge Maxi Muscle bottle in a form of powder and you add it to 300ml of water, it says, 1 bottle a day would benefit strength and power and 2 cups a day will increase muscle growth and repair time, moreover it had creatine inside i'm not quite sure what this does, here is a picture of the bottle.

It depends really, How many grams of protein does it have per scoop or is it a weight gainer which means it will have more carbs in it. In terms of putting on weight both of good, but in terms of putting on lean muscle then you wanna check its not too high in carbs and is primarily and protein shake not weight gainer.
In my honest opinion these shakes are a waste of money, you can get anything that is put into them from just eating right, and for the creatine, i stay away from it as it does not agree with me and gives me bad stomach cramps and a dodgy stomach for the rest of the day. However i know people who love to take creatine and it does wonders for them.

20g of protein per scoop (55g)
38.2g of protein per 100g
23g of carbs per scoop
41.0g per 100g

Yeah that is going to be a weight gainer then, which isnt bad tbh if you do wanna put some more meat on. Just if you wanna put clean muscle mass on, stick to something like this [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
This is more protein per scoop and has zero carbs.

Maximuscle is a decent product if you want to gain, I use pure creatine though. I try to steer away from protein and carb supplements.
