It says I need a social club account I have one and it is linked to my gamertag when I go to the option online it says a social club account is required to transfer your character press A to visit the social club and it doesn't let me press A so what should I do thanks

Make sure the social account is linked to the right account.
If you have already transfered it over before you wont be able to do it again.
