Well the points have been bought by a stolen credit card and you are buying that account and using the stolen credit cards money to use as fifa points, so how is it not a crime/illegal?!

Yes but you are using them it's basically stolen goods and is illegal. the points you are using have been purchased with a stolen credit card

i've had 2 of them and i think my best pull was Inform Ozil which isnt too bad

I don't know if i want to buy one though as my main account got banned recently so i don't know if you do something like 3 times and get banned they will just ban the console.

Its happened before back in the day when Tradetang and DHGate did it, took awhile but they started console banning everyone who ever bought one. Its up to you take the risk, imo I think its wrong on so many levels using someone else's money.
