@Ruud is correct... If someone goes and takes an xbox one from a store, puts it on ebay and you buy it, you are not committing any sort of crime. However buying and using one of these accounts probably can get you banned (unlikely) as it is against TOS.

If i was to buy say a knife off eBay that was used to kill someone, it doesn't mean i am committing a crime because i did not know what it was used for.

It is no different than going on the darknet and buying CC dumps. You have a fully functional credit card linked to the account, and although you didn't steal the information it is in your possession.

First off i have not said i agree with using other peoples credit cards, i am clearly stating that you will not get banned and that you are not the one committing the crime so get your facts right

I remember people on here saying everyone who used the consumable dupe glitch in FIFA 14 would get banned and nothing happened. Stop being so bitter, if you're not going to buy an account then get lost, nobody wants to hear you cry.

Who said you'd get console banned for doing a glitch on a game lol? Worst that could happen on glitching on a game is being banned from playing it by the company. For doing the consumable dupe glitch the worst that could happen was being banned from EA servers. Same as glitching on COD, you don't get console banned for glitching.

Although on 13 and 14 loads got server banned for other glitches, I got banned from EA servers for doing a pack glitch, similar to the Fifa Point one that happened on FUT 15.
