That is how Silvers react when there are special packs out.

i was going to get Inaki wiliams last week and Lowest Bin was 20k, i assumed he was going to drop even more, so i waited until the next day and his lowest bin was 37k and noticed the special packs were no longer there.

What many do is sell so they have enough to buy packs so they try to undercut other players so they sell cheap and others undercut them.
