I just got a computer from a friend and any game I try to play is really laggy. It has a Radeon HD 7990 6GB GPU, Intel i7 4790k CPU, and 16 GB of RAM, none of which are overheating. I just wiped the hard drives and SSDs, updated the drivers, and cleaned out the fans. It was playing games maxed out on every setting, but now it can barely run Rust. Any ideas?

I think you might have the System32 virus, just uninstall System32 and you should be good!

These are things you can do.

1.Update your graphics card drivers

2.Check your CPU Temperatures while playing a game
with an external program if they end up really high when playing a game then it could be your cpu.

3.Run a Virus Scan on your computer.

4.Tell your friend that this pc broke and if you payed for it get your money back.
