How do sellers (I won't link for obvious reasons) manage to get the accounts in the first place.
Is it a glitch or are they involved with actual criminal activity (credit-cards, phishing)??

I have seen them sold in 12k 24k 36k bundle accounts.

Just wondering for my own curiosity if these guys are scum or just part scum

It wont get you console banned.
But yes, they are bought for using other people cards.
How do I know this? When you buy an account from them, there is a credit card linked to the account which they used to make the purchase(s).

Steal credit cards or purchase stolen credit cards and make an account and buy the FIFA Points.

I know there stolen because I went onto that account and found someone called Andy's credit card.
