Hmm alright I would lower the saturation on the image. I would also lower the opacity on the reflection in the water along with the ripple effect you have going on.

I like what you did with the water but The green is just too much for me. I feel like the rock on the left that is black is too dark. maybe try adjusting the saturation, idk im a ps noob

In addition to what everyone else said, I would try to keep the darkness of the reflection. With the brightness of the green for the top portion, where it is at right now, the brightness of the reflection should be much higher. A reflection does't dim it a whole lot.

add some red and yellow to the trees,
the green doesn't look too believable.

also darken it some,
and take out the blue that you added.
