I just switched my ISP from AT&T to Comcast Xfinity. My 3 devices will find my network with an excellent signal strength, but will not load a web page. I think it is a hardware issue. It's always been so easy to connect my I-pod, Smart phone, & Roku through my old ISP. I've been messing with settings all day long and still no luck. If someone thinks they can fix this through some settings I will send you $20 via paypal.

Sometimes when switching ISP it takes a bit of time for it to "Go live"

I'd recommend plugging a device directly into your router to see if there is a connection, if you haven't already you could try restarting your router, or even resetting it (I'm not sure about your router but mine has a tiny red reset button, yours should have one too but not sure what it would look like.)

If none of this works you could try a different ADSL connection line or ring your ISP.
